After successfully renewing the certification of free school yellowfin tuna in the Atlantic Ocean, Pevasa has just started the certification process of our skipjack catches in the Indian Ocean, both free school and with object.
This new challenge, in a joint process within the ANABAC association (www.anabac.org), will allow us to extend the offer of MSC certified catches (www.msc.org) to our clients in the food industry in 2023, continuing with our positioning as a reference in sustainable management and responsible catches.
In addition, and again in a joint project within ANABAC, PEVASA continues to work on extending certification to other species in the oceans in which our fleet operates.
